Fix any Fault - Repair or Replace

Service Description

We will book a service call to attend your property to repair maintain/ fix or replace, if unable to resolve we will find the fault and book the return to repair and replace if we able to get the parts needed. We will establish your model and potential problem and bring any parts required on our 1st visit, We will only have to return if unknown problems issues or unavailable parts are required. Any parts required can be an addition chargeable item, and will be discussed with you before hand so we are all clear what the costs if any are involved at the outset.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel any booking without incurring a cost or charge, We require a minimum 24hrs notice. Eg our day starts at 8am and we require 24hrs notice the before 8am the day before. So we can manage our schedule better.
